We are offering a unique opportunity for a proactive and skilled Purchasing Technician to join our procurement team. Reporting directly to the Purchasing Director, this role provides administrative support to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Administrative Procurement Management: Handle administrative aspects of the purchasing process.

· Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers to process purchase orders, track deliveries, and address discrepancies.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and hotel management to align procurement with specific project and operational needs.

· Contract and Documentation Oversight: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the preparation of purchasing reports, budget tracking, and analytical documentation to improve procurement performance.

· Task Prioritization: Effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and team goals.

Requirements

· Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in procurement or a related field.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, with strong data management and reporting skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented approach.

· Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
