We are hiring a Project Management Officer (PMO) to strengthen our project support structure. This role will be crucial for standardizing templates, ensuring timely project execution, and providing real-time visibility into project performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create standard models with macro deliverables and typical project milestones.
• Ensure all schedules are detailed at the task level, with clear owners and timelines.
• Use integrated tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Monday.com, Smartsheet) to manage and visualize multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Set up dashboards with alerts for delays, deviations, and critical tasks.
• Implement review routines for critical tasks and operational risks.
• Reinforce weekly or bi-weekly planning meetings with each Project Manager.
• Prepare standardized reports (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) with overall status, physical vs. planned progress, deviations, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Experienced in developing dashboards and performance reports.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
