Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive Hospitality & Investor Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company to investors, providing personalized hospitality and ensuring necessary support during their stay.
• Coordinate specific hospitality actions with other departments and stay informed about investor activities.
• Communicate as needed with the management of the group's hotels or their representatives, always aiming for optimal accommodation utilization and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and provide all necessary information and reports to ensure the continuous improvement of the department's operations.
• Managing feedback collection, reporting and post visits follow-ups.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
• Portuguese proficiency – highly preferred;
• 2+ years in hospitality, luxury travel, corporate guests;
• Exposure to Internation business environments is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Organizational and multitasking abilities – capable of handling simultaneous investor itineraries;
• Attention to detail – ensuring a seamless experience for each guest, investor;
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Sales Force),
